## Description

## Why this works

This progression turns the coach's description into a repeatable court pattern while preserving room to adjust tempo and scoring.

## Flow

1. Describe the purpose, scoring, rotation, and what a successful rep looks like.

2. Phase 1 · Build the pattern: 1 set to Dig the ball out of the net with a bump set.

3. Phase 1 · Build the pattern: 1 attack to Jump and attack your own set..

4. Phase 2 · Add the next read: 1 pass to Dig the deep ball with a poke to the Coach.

5. Phase 2 · Add the next read: 1 attack to Attack with full approach.
